Delete Account

You can request deletion of your CyberNinja account directly from the app. We process deletion requests within 30 days and permanently remove personal data associated with your account once processing is complete.

1. Open the CyberNinja app on your device.

2. Tap your profile icon or navigate to Settings.

3. Select "Account Management" or "Profile".

4. Scroll to the "Privacy & Data" section.

5. Tap "Delete Account".

6. Confirm your decision when prompted.

After you submit the request, account access may be disabled promptly while deletion is completed within 30 days.

Please include the email address associated with your CyberNinja account. We will process your request and delete your account within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, display name)

• All learning progress and lesson history

• Achievements, badges, and XP data

• Streak history and statistics

• Any subscription or payment associations

This action cannot be undone. If you create a new account later, you will start fresh.

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you for analytics and service improvement purposes.

We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
