Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CyberNinja ("CyberNinja," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your access to and use of the getcyber.ninja website, CyberNinja mobile applications, and associated products or services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services in the EU/EEA (including Ireland). Where local law sets a different digital age of consent (no lower than 13), you must meet that age or use the Services only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we believe you have violated the Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise used the Services unlawfully.

The Services deliver cybersecurity education through interactive lessons, challenges, and supporting materials. Subject to these Terms, CyberNinja grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

All content and intellectual property made available through the Services belong to CyberNinja or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit the content.

You agree not to misuse the Services or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineering, interfering with the security of the Services, or submitting malware or phishing content.

We may monitor use of the Services to protect our community and may take appropriate action when violations are detected.

Some features of the Services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees presented at checkout through the applicable app store or our billing portal.

Unless otherwise noted, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

CYBERNINJA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT COMPLETION OF ANY COURSE OR CHALLENGE WILL RESULT IN CERTIFICATION, JOB PLACEMENT, OR SPECIFIC SECURITY OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERNINJA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

IN ALL CASES, CYBERNINJA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms may be resolved through the courts located in Dublin, Ireland.
